Projects based on conviction and passion – a powerful drive that has been motivating company founder Reinaldo Udewald since the very beginning. Established in 1990, WECO Consult was a direct response to the increased need for consulting services for commercial transactions between Europe and Latin America in the food and agricultural sectors. The deep awareness and understanding of the market that made it possible to identify this need continues to shape the company to this day.
Three generations of entrepreneurialism
Reinaldo Udewald was fascinated by international trade from an early age. Shaped by the cultures of Latin America and later Europe, his intercultural skills also helped him conquer new territory in transnational projects for small and medium-sized enterprises in Latin America and renowned companies in Germany and Switzerland.
Our passion: Vocational training
WECO Consult has been involved in vocational training in Latin America and Africa since 2011. Our strength? Many years of experience, a hands-on mentality, and close collaboration with companies, associations, and national governments – solution-oriented, courageous, and innovative.
